most tire manufacture list this on their web sites go their first the next best thing is to put a mark on your tire and ground then roll it four or five times around then measure that and divide it buy the times you rolled it
A good rule of thumb for calculating tire sizes from inches...
((inches x pi) x mm per inch) x squish factor = final mm
((37 x 3.14159265) x 25.4) x .95 = 2805 mm
Again, the most accurate way is to roll it, measure the distance and divide the number of times rolled.
