some xcalII help...
In the last 2 days i have tried all 3 of my tunes. I tried 87 perf, 93 tow, and 93 perf. The 93 tow has really good low end and midrange but it doesn't pull anywhere near as hard up top. The shifts are also not as firm which is to be expected. After trying all of them out i am staying with the 93 perf
After trying 93 out and you ever load the 87 again you will really be able to tell like me.
Also guys make sure you are running good gas...not the cheapest chit you can find

ok i kno someone commented on this but does any 97-03 4.6 with these tunes ever mess with the shift points... i have mine as low as it will go which is 5600 WOT yet its shifts at 5100.. i didnt want it that high i would rather it shift at like 4800 bc i think the power stops around there... any one else not like the shift points at WOT.. thanks

Whatever it was set for by default in the tune is where you should probably leave it; the shift points are all raised somewhat over stock, because the stock settings are just not optimal for best performance. 5100 is not excessive for a WOT 1>2 or 2>3 shift point. It is for a 3>4 though.
BTW - just has a thought - You are not confusing this with the overall rev limiter setting are you, as opposed to shift point for each gear change ( 1>2, 2>3, 3>4 ) ????
Good luck.
