You gotta call them. Forget the email and forget leaving a message even if it's left with the operator. It's a pain sometimes to get through I was on hold for 45 minutes and then got disconnected I called back and got put back on hold. Call back later if you find yourself in the same situation.

Forget all that...

I know Edge has a problem getting back with customers and they are trying to resolve that. In the mean time, I have been helping Edge to resolve the Evolution issues. If you have a problem, drop me an e-mail and I will get it worked out for you. This goes for tuning issues, programming issues, calibration not supported issues, and *some* software issues. I won't post an e-mail or a phone number on a forum (I did once before and got spammed so bad I had to delete the e-mail account!), but I check my e-mail frequently and if you leave a number I should be back to within an hour.

Slim, I'll check the code and see what's up.

Take care.

Bill

I have kept up with the other thread started about you helping out and it really is a great thing! Thanks for any help you can offer.

Also, everytime I started the Lightning program it says my programmer contains information new to the Evolution. Is that normal?

If it is what I think it is, it means that your Evolution has a calibration file that the software hasn't seen yet. This is normal for your situation.

I have verified that your calibration is not in the current file set. I have extracted the uploaded files and have provided Edge with the updates. They should be built this afternoon and the update will be available by end of business today.

Thanks for you patience.

Well, I for one Bill, totally thinks it's awesome that you are giving your time to help those with issues with their Edge tuners. Keep up the good work!!!

P.S.

I certainly did not mean anything to upset you. I appreciate your efforts.
