Anyone have any luck with the Edge Evolution and a Volant CAI?? A buddy of mine has an '05 FX4 and just got a Volant CAI and Flowmaster 40 SIDO exhaust. His next move is a tuner.

Just wondering what everyone's experience with the Edge has been?

 

Great tuner for a stock truck, be careful if you have a cai/ catback it may run lean.

 

Runs like a champ. I have had the Volant CAI for a year. No codes with or without the Edge Evo.I run level 2 all the time. My last tank of 87 octane I averaged 20.1 mpg city/highway(Just reoiled the filter,cleaned the MAF,& reset the pcm).

 

I wasn't impressed with the volant intake. It's not put together very well and makes a ton of noise, especially when towing. I like the edge evo however it won't run with the 3.5" AF1 intake i got from troyer so i'm waiting (8-10weeks!) for my Xcal2 with troyer custom tunes.
