Use the search function on the site. There is more information than you could ever hope for!

My recommendation is custom tuning by Troyer. It did the trick for me. I bought in December of 04 when I first got my truck and I’m as satisfied today as day one. Definitely search the forum though, because there is a lot of info & opinions you need to consider; sift through them and make an informed decision

I’m a little south of ya, sat bch

I like the SCT b/c with the XCal you can get whatever tunes you want from any tuner. Or get crazy and get a couple tunes from different tuners. Have one for each day of the week if you want. Take the files and name them after girlfriends, shuffle them blindly and try to pick which tune it is..... No seriously I can only speak for the XCal but it does give you a lot of options. I think all the programmers are around $400 with tunes. Your new 4.56's will make the most difference though, however at 3x the price.
