I have had the EDGE programmer for over a year and have changed the settings several times. I have not had any problems and I really like the performance increases. Especially when towing our travel trailer. Make sure all of the plug-in connections are well connected and follow the directions for turning the key off and on when programming.

Got one for over a year with no issues. Usually set at level two but occasionally changed it to level 3 during long road trips.

I took a different approach - having fully researched the product, I concluded the number of problems found outweighed the benefits - so I didn't buy one.

Unique concept, eh?

Think about it. Every guy that has a problem is gonna do whatever he can to fix it, hence the 100,000 "Edge Problem" threads. If every satisfied customer started a thread raging about the Edge I am sure the good would outweigh the bad.

Why did you get one if you were unsure of it?

No problems......... I expect most of the problems are related to lack of research & failure to RTFM. Tech support did lag during the MSD purchase, but the product is solid.

Just got mine yesterday, but had no problems with it. Even updated it from the Internet and had no problems.

No problems except what color the LCD should be showing the 4 panel data screen. I wish they had a night/day switch.
