I have an X-Cal2 with Brenspeed tunes. I have to take my truck to the shop tonight and wanted to return it back to the stock tune. Is there a way i can return it to stock and keep the setting for bigger tires??

I'm sure if i searched i could probably find the answer, i am in a time crunch.

Nope.

Those settings get appended to a custom tune, just prior to flashing. With no tune, there cannot be any custom settings. Straight stock.
