EDGE Customer Service (Not so good)

Is it just me, or is the customer service from Edge very bad?
I had a display problem with my Evo..... it went out and I was afraid to unplug the module and not be able to start my truck, because I had it programmed in level 2 and was at the desert when this happened. I wanted to make sure I would get home, I ended up driving home without the display working. I sent an email to Edge when I returned and never got a response and that was 1 week ago!!! And whenever I call the tech line, I end up on hold forever, and one time being 16 minutes. I finally hung up.

I just wanted to see if anybody else has had this issue with them. I ended up just taking a chance and unplugging the module and plugging it back in after I got home. It worked fine. It just bother me that no one even repsonded to my email, and it takes forever just to speak to somebody.

Ive sent them 3 e-mails over 3 months ago at differant times. They have never till this day responded to any of them! Thats VERY poor customer service if you ask me. I was told to call them if I had any questions, when I did call them thay answered right away and was very helpful. However dont bother e-mailing them and very surprised they responded back to you e-mail at all!

Im just grateful my Edge had worked great and havnt had to contat them. When I did call them it was just a question about the warranty.

The 2 times that I have needed to get in contact with them I have called and was assisted within a few minutes. I have never emailed them and emails always tend to take longer anyways so I just call.

No kidding, ever since MSD bought out Edge it's all gone down hill. When I did use my Edge, I had to call a few times for some little stuff and they had awesome customer service but this was before the buy out.

I must have called on a very bad day then because I was on hold for a very long time. That is too bad that their customer service is so bad because the product is great. What I have learned is to never email them, and just call. For me, email is easier if it is not a time pressing issue and that way I dont have to sit on hold. It is good to hear that the customer service is good, once you do get a hold of them.
