Ahhh you're in luck and I did the hard work for you lol. I was wondering the same the other day so I installed the lightning software attempted to update. Then it said I had to program to stock. So I programmed it to stock then updated, but I think it was the same version that mine already had in it. It is version 6 and if you bought the Edge anytime recently especially for the older 2V motor then you probably already have the newest version like I did.

So then I had to reprogram and it would only let me install the standard level 2 like it did the very first time I installed. Then I had to go back and make my custom tune again and reset all my settings the way I liked it.

Anyway.......don't bother!!!! what a waste of time

I actually tried this today. My truck was running kind of funny on the most recent "stable" tune edge had released, so I tried the beta version of the code that supported my hex code and it worked pretty well. The truck ran MUCH better than with the other software I was using, but I did get a check engine light(on level 2 with a custom tune) at one point that said the rom was corrupted or something. I loaded it back to stock then reprogrammed the truck to level 2 with the canned tune and I haven't had any problems yet and it runs great. So my advice is to try it and see how it runs. I was having issues with my AF1 being VERY loud on all tunes but stock, and it seems that this new program has fixed this problem for me as well.
