I have a 2007 F-150 Supercrew with a 5.4L. I love the truck, but am not happy with how it hesitates during acceleration. I understand this is a universal problem with the new F-150s. I plan on purchasing an Xcal2 from Troyer Performance as soon I can afford to. Will this tuner eliminate the hesitation? Has anyone been able to eliminate the hesitation, and if so, what was the cure?

 

I have the XCAL2 tuned by Troyer and it eliminated the hesitation> Now the truck performs much better.
