I have a 93 F150 with 302 and i'm wanting to get a scanner for engine codes.

Is there 1 for this year of truck?? If so what is/are they?

I'm in canada so this may make a difference than being from USA.

Yes you can get them at autozone or advance. They are only about 30 to 40 bucks.
