Anyone get EDGE Lightning version 3 working?

Anyone get EDGE Lightning version 3 working?
I downloaded the latest Lightning software from the EDGE website and it does not recognize my Evo tuner. I reverted back to the version 2 and it works fine. Does anyone have the version 3 Lightning working with an Evo EEF2400?

Are you sure you have the version 3? 2 and 3 look just alike, the only way to tell is to check the help about menu.

You don't have Norton Internet Securities running or any type of firewall, etc?

Check your USB drivers, that was the problem with mine when I first installed it, they just need to be reformatted.
