What I was refering to is too many people have problems with their Edges when first installing or when they try to use the cutom features or when they go to update it.

 

Just an FYI..I have the Edge and one reason you may have to pay $75.00 is to change it back to default settings. When I programmed mine for example on custom "2" the display went out so now I can know longer see it to change it back. So youll have to go to ford if you ever want to change it back to stock because they can reprogram it.

However when it works or should I say can see the display screen it works great! It seems to happen most when its hot outside. I also had a issue with mine the other day when I shut off the key it stayed on and wouldnt go off.

I sent there tech support a e-mail 3 days ago and waiting for a response still.
