Drivers:
First, ensure you have loaded the USB drivers for the Xcal2 available from SCT's driver download page: http://www.sctflash.com/downloads.php
They are here: http://www.sctflash.com/software/XCal2_Drivers.exe
Here's a tutorial: http://www.sctflash.com/docs/Installing_USB_Drivers.htm
LiveLoad:
Next, install LiveLoad - best to use the latest versions of ALL the software from the link above - the CD might contain older software.
Here: http://www.sctflash.com/software/liveload131.exe
Next, look at the LiveLoad tutorial: http://www.sctflash.com/software/Usi...ive%20Load.pdf to load your tunes into th Xcal2.
Tunes /format:
BT - those tunes need to be in *.LL3 format to do this using LiveLoad; if it's in XTR format ( that's NOT Excel, BT), you need to use ExtremeTune, available here: http://www.sctflash.com/software/extremetune.exe
I recommend you insist upon your tuner to provide in LL3 format, as then you can have end-user adjustability right on the Xcal2 device. There should be no reason why he shouldn't / can't/won't. No aditional cost to you either.
Firmware:
Also, keep in mind the Xcal2 firmware needs to be current. You can pull thiw up easy on the Xcal2's screen.
You can use LiveUpdate to update the firmware IF NECESSARY, on your tuner: http://www.sctflash.com/software/New/liveupdate220.exe
Tutorial: http://www.sctflash.com/software/firmware_update.pdf
You want to be at v1.14 ideally - NOT v1.15 ( for 2007's). You can contact either SCT or your tuner for the f/w revision as it's not posted. (Or as a last resort, you can PM me with an email addy & I can send it to you).
Keep asking questions ...
Good luck, bud - it's actually easier to do than to write about/explain - you'll get 'er done!
cheers
Bubba

BTW - you should also look at this - it's the Xcal2 manual, such as it is - the instructions for how to use ExtremeTune are embedded in this manual, near the end.

This is in case your dealer doesn't re-send your tunes in LL3 format for use by LiveLoad. In that case, if you have the tunes in XTR format, you can at least load them up now while waiting for the dealer to come through (as I indicated in my previous post).
Good luck.

damn that was easy once i had the tune in LL3 format, only took like five minutes, thanks again MGD for your help, new tune is in and just got done changing out the O2 sensors, and relocating the IAT to the blower side of the manifold, now time to go back to the dyno and see how this tune looks, once all is good i will post my dyno sheet on my thread in the superchargers forum, thanks again
