The only way i got rid of it running lean was removing either the edge or the AF1.I installed a Walbro 190lph fuel pump and no change.Normally our trucks do not get a lean condition but mine did.It sucked i could make it run great by increasing the WOT fuel on the edge but that is the only part i could change on the edge.It would also run better on level 3 than it did on 2.I attribute this to level 3 must have a richer fuel mix.I can't say for sure on your truck but i just want to make you aware of this first.I honestly don't think you will a problem with the 4.6 but i can't say for sure.Maybe someone else will chime in.
