My edge has shown a spark alert from day one, I to have emailed them with no answer, this has been 2 months now! I just turned off the alerts and the problem goes away, however I am still not happy, I paid for the unit to work correctly and have to turn off the alerts to not be annoyed by a spark alert.
BTW mine would spark alert at every start up and form time to time while driving for no reason at all.
