Edge & Superchips Pricing going up....

To All,

As some of you are aware, MSD companies have implemented a proper MAP policy that means that any dealer selling their products for below MAP/MVP pricing will lose the product line immediately and permanently. This takes effect April 1st, so anyone who wants the currently available great pricing on those products needs to call us *immediately*, as we will meet or beat *anyone* price on those products.

Also - for those who prefer our Troyer Performance custom tuning, which is most of you - this price increase from Edge, Superchips, etc., also now means that you can get our world-renowned Troyer Performance custom tuning for LESS than what the Edge & Superchips products will cost as of April 1st. Due to that fact, people are starting to order even heavier than normal right now, so to get your Troyer Performance custom tuning as quickly as possible, get your orders in right away and beat the rush.

These are market-changing events, so we just wanted to make sure everyone knew what the scoop was, and what the results will be, etc., so they can make their decisions now while tax time is hot, if that is applicable to you.

I believe that was the point of his post (could be wrong). His price is staying the same which makes it a bit silly to buy an Edge after the price increase because you can get a custom tune for less money (after price increase). So for those who are looking to buy an Edge, but them up now over the next few days.

No problem. I hope that didn't come across wise. I didn't intend for it too.

Fixed my first post...

That's exactly what I said in another thread about the Edge price increase. Why would anyone pay the increased cost for "canned" tunes when they could buy customed tunes for less? To me the current cost of the Xcal II and customed tunes is not that much more than the Edge, at least not enough for me to select the Edge over the Xcal II.

But you're *out* of stock on the Edge Evolutions based on when I called your company this morning and the best price match your company offered me was to charge me $5 *more* than the OTD price from Autoanything because it has to be drop shipped from Edge. How does that meet or beat the OTD price that your company confirmed with me
