Exclamation Edge Price Increase

According to this post it's going up a lot:

http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/453825-edge-vs-6.html

Check his links and you'll find that this is verified on the Edge website.

If you want to avoid paying full price for one of these, you better act quick.

I was thinking I'd get one in a few months, but I ordered mine yesterday from Autoanything.com with a discount for $318.56, a lot lower than the $440 that it'll soon cost.
BTW, the coupon code is GIFT10

For that price you'd have to be a fool to go with the Edge over an Xcal II with custom tunes.

So I shouldn't believe this:

http://www.edgeproducts.com/product_...icle-pdf-1.pdf

The only thing it doesn't verify is that the price will be $440, but if you look at the list price on the Edge site it's actually $499, so it looks like the honchos at Edge are trying to reign in the dealers who have been selling it way below the MVP price.

I don't know, maybe you already have your tunes so it makes no big diff to you, but for those of us on the fence, this is important to know about. I got mine for $318 anyway, but we'll see what happens to the price after April 1.

Maybe it's a very elaborate April Fool's joke, or guerilla marketing, whatever, I still found a good price even if it doesn't go up at all. Not that I'm looking for vindication, but if it does go up, sure, I'll feel even better. If not, I still got a good deal.

I read all the stuff you posted links to. No need to start a battle over nothing, man. We could chat about this civilly via PM, but you're a noob. Have fun on the site.
