I'm waiting for my Edge, ordered it last wensday I got one question. Right now my ABS light is on. Is the Edge gonna tell me what sensor to replace or will there just be an abs code?

 

HA wow.....I've been wanting to get an edge for a while now. Every so often I'd think man I gotta order it tonight and I never did. Well today I decided to make the jump aaannndddd it $100 more expensive. I came straight here and read this. This blows.

I ordered mine for $350 the other night and I am sure glad I did with the price jumping $100. They shot themselves in the foot with that move now people will just get a custom tune.

 

There's a few guys selling theirs in the classifieds for cheap, even moreso now, relatively speaking.

I may sell my Evo now that it increased in value overnight. I have only been using it for the gagues since becoming custom tuned with the Xcal 2 from TP.

 

I'm stoked and pissed at the same time. I bought mine from discountpowerparts.com for $350 on friday. I would have bought from autoanything, but none of the codes worked, and since they are in CA, I would have had to pay taxes too. Eff that. Now I have to wait 'till this friday since it's coming from TN. Oh well...saved a good grip of money still.

 

I don't want to be the one who tells you that Friday is a holiday, but I think I just did.
But hey, maybe it'll come on Thursday.

 

I just saw the Edge advertised in a local (Cdn) performance flyer for $650. (That's about $570 US.)
Kinda glad I got it for $318, even if I had to drive to Buffalo to pick it up, cause that would be $740 after taxes here.

 

I have to believe that this price increase will really hurt the sales of the Edge now. I'll be curious to see if they bring the prices back down after a while. I'm just glad that I pulled the trigger on the Edge at $318 delivered before the price increase.

 

if anyone out there is still looking to get an edge at the old price of $350 there is one place i found addictiveracing.com i just ordered mine for that excact price so call now before they realize all the competitors are selling for more and sorry if you read this to late and paid the whopping $450.

 

well I got my edge the other day and now I have to send it back. It does not work with my computer or my truck. I am just taking it as a sign that I should save my money and buy a troyer tune down the road. I called edge and was on hold for an hour on two seperate occasions finally I just emailed Autoanything about returning it. Maybe I can afford to have the suspension on my dirtbike done for the summer now and worry about the tunes later.

 

Why doesn't it work with your computer or truck? I mean? Is it defective, the wrong one? Just curious!
