Questions on cpw

what does it mean on the part where it ask the rpm at throttle postion and idle postion?

Hi Carl.

I'm not following you. What CPW page, and what is the exact wording?

I'm looking at mine & I don't see anything relevant... just trying to help, but I need more info.

It's what your RPM's are at on the tach when you are at idle and not giving it any gas....
