Good question LOL I just looked over it and it says they recommend the level 2 for tow. I must have read it on a post or something. Thanks for clearing that up

Hi.

What does Edge say?

You should be asking the folks who made the unit this question - don't assume anything.

A proper performance tune ( Edge L3), will likely be a little leaner than the L2 towing setting. Needs to be to produce the best power. Hence your EGT's may be too high if you tow up to rated load on L3.

Again - to be sure & safe, ask the designers.

lol. I dogged the hell out of my Ranger too, and it WOULD NOT die. Ran perfect always, even with redlining it in neutral and throwing it into drive multiple times. Or the one time I was doing about 80 on the highway and my dog knocked it into reverse. What can I say it was a ford truck.

That velcro strip on the dash moght be a tipoff to the dealer(if you care about that). Mine stays put without the tape or velcro.
Good luck to ya. With a Volant CAI & Level 2 mine is great for city/highway driving.

Thats why I didnt put mine there. I put it on the side of the dash and it holds great there.
I would worry about it coming unplugged using nothing!

My pod sits in the place where it is designed to go with out tape or velcro. The wires hold it in place just fine.
