Yes, & thanks for pointing that out - however, now that the before & after dyno plots have been posted in the second in this 3-parts series, you are going to be *shocked* at how much power we gain over the Roush tune with out tuning.

The peak-to-peak gains with our tuning over the Roush tuning are 48 RWHP, but there are areas where we are gaining 155 RWHP & 200 RWTQ over the Roush tune - and keeping it safe.

Ken's truck puts down numbers that are a bit lower than normal simply due to it's configuration, big wheels & tires, etc. His Roush blower tune equipped 328 RWHP seems a bit low, but it must be remembered that our dyno here at Troyer Performance is "stingy" compared to many other units - and we prefer it that way.

When you see the final 3rd article, you will be shocked to see the amount of power & performance we gain with our tuning compared to the Roush tune. We can defeat their boost dump that occurs at 5300 rpm so that we can use a 5400+ rpm WOT upshift point for a drag-race style tune for example, which is still below the Roush factory rev limiter - and we can literally take these trucks up just as high in power as you could want. We have had several 475 RWHP 5.4 3V F-150's using this Roush kit along with our options - and the blower is actually capable of *far* more power than that, for those who want to step up to forged pistons & rods.

Anyone who thinks Lightning-level performance is dead on the F-150 need look no further than right here at Troyer Performance - we take the 2004-2007 5.4 F-150 to levels *well* beyond what any Lightning ever put out from the factory, and can do it safely on the stock engine.

Well then, while you're saing your pennies, pick your power level - if you want it to go to 400+ RWHP, that's not a problem at all with that setup.

(Aren't I terrible?)

What options are you talking about to get over 400RWHP with a Roush?

I imagine 12PSI with electric fans and approiate exhaust would get near.. if not over 400.

Shoot us some specs Mike.. or Just PM me

To get our custom tuning for the Roush setup, just give us a call at our number listed below. We do not need the vehicle here for that tuning, we have custom tuned more Roush-supercharged 2004 & up F-150's than anyone else and can easily tune the vehicle properly without it having to be here.

As for links, the original link has already been posted right in the opening of this thread.

Last - to get up to the 400+ RWHP level, we do NOT take them up to 12 PSI of boost, not on a stock engine - that is a good way to fail the pistons (or something else in the motor, depending on how it's tuned & operated).
