There's a couple of options... First, you can try going to your local Ford dealership, and see if they will provide it to you. They may or they may not. And if they do, they may charge you for labor...

Secondly, and what I recommend, is ordering the tuner from TP. Let them know that you don't know what your PCM code is. They will place your order, and will send you out the Xcal2 unit right away. It will be empty (no tunes), but you use the Xcal2 to retreive your PCM's code. You then relay that info to TP. Then when your tunes are ready, they simply email them to you. You load them into the Xcal2 (which you'll already have), and then upload the tune to your truck. Ready to go!

Which sticker? There should be two. One on the door jamb and one on the PCM itself.

The same thing happened to me when i looked at my door jamb sticker. The last digit was missing. So I called Crystal at Troyer and she said no problem. They mailed me the Xcal 2 and told me to plug it in and read my trucks stragety. Then I included my stragety on my tuning worksheets. They will cross-refrence the stragety w/ the computer code. So its no problem at all. I thought I was S.O.L as well, but it's no problem.

you can look on the PCM to..on a 03 its right under the tab holding PCM...but to be safe if it was removed from door jam..it maybe an updated PCM..so doing strat is better...to be sure
