I was thinking of getting one someday but I don't understand the wait time. All they have to do is download a tune into it and throw it in the mail. Maybe they need to hire more people.

Too funny . That's how the other guys do it to achieve quick turnaround times. With inferior results.

You want the best, you have to wait.

Asking you to Search to correct your mis-information would probably not work; you appear too impatient.

Good news - they sell 'canned' tuners too.

Cheers

Hello Budman,

Apparently you may not understand how proper tuning is done - at least, you do not understand how *we* do it.

We do NOT just load up some pre-existing file and send it out - that is NOT "tuning" though unfortunately, far too many "tooners" do precisely that an call it a tune.

When we tune a vehicle, each and every vehicle is tuned FROM SCRATCH - we do not just load up something existing, every single vehicle gets it's own individual tunes, and that typically takes anywhere from 2-6 hours for each vehicle, depending on just how much work is required for each individual vehicle. This is just one of many reasons why so many people come to us, as we are far more thorough in our tuning, and nobody else has anywhere near the amount of R&D or experience in tuning this specific platform that we do, as we have specialized in these trucks for 15 years now.

I hope that gives you a little bit better idea as to why people have to wait a little while to get their custom tunes from us - we do NOT just load up some existing file, nor is that proper "tuning" in my book.

Hi Ozzeran,

Thanks for your post, and thank you very much for your order - we greatly appreciate it, and so will your vehicle!
