I just had mine dyno'd by Mike Troyer and the gang a couple of weeks ago. With 4WD, a 5.4 and a 3.55 gear, I was at 210 rwhp. Once the adaptive strategy on the XCalII works through, I should gain about another 10 hp at the rear wheels.

If your mods are similiar to mine, I think you're right on the money.

what did your torque curve look like, I'm really not concerned with HP...was that on a tow tune as well?

Mine was on a 93 Performance Tune, that Mike believed was running on stale fuel. That's the last time I fuel up at the Sunoco in Covington, VA!

did you have pullies on that at the time?

I'm somewhat disappointed since I have 1K$ in longtubes on this thing. IMHO the fuel curve was a little fat dipping into the high 11's towards the top. Probably a lack of timing with IATs @114*.
Will a cummins fit in there?

The lt's go to a 3" mandrel pipe with the biggest magnaflow I could find, the headers made the old dynomax pretty loud. I made an intake out of some scrap aluminum I had, moved the filter behind the front headlight. Other than 31" tires that's it, maybe I'll put it on the rollers when its 75* outside in 3 or 4 months

For a 91 octane towing tune running at 114 degree IAT's I'd say that's damned good.

It's not a 93 octane tune, it's a 91 octane tune - and having 114 IAT's sure isn't going to help make power obviously, from a number of different standpoints - the hotter air contains less oxygen, as well as cause the PCM to pull timing to protect the engine - and I'm betting that the humidity and density altitude weren't so hot, either.

humidity wasn't bad, but I did check the air when I got home and the DA was 5300', I think it'll pull much harder when it cools off.

The DA was 5K+ as well, eh? Wow - well, overall, given the conditions that looks pretty darned good - and yes, once it cools off, it should pull better.

Good luck!
