Xcal2 and Airforce 1 Question

Mine looks similar. On yours the rubber piece goes along the top and side of the heat shield. On mine I the rubber piece was only long enough to cover the top of the shield. Mine came with a foam strip as well that the instructions say you might want to put in the bottom of the heat shield. The foam strip is just a piece of foam with no adhesive or anything. I thought it might go around the opening where the tube passes through the heat shield but again there is no way to secure it.
