just wondring if the wire is exposed or hidden that plugs it in to the truck? also how does the pod mount to the truck (two sided tape/velcro)?

 

You kinda have to play with the side panel to pop it off but once you do it is very easy to run the wire to be hidden. You don't have to mount it to be seen but I think you would enjoy the features that you just paid for. Make sure you use the Velcro or it with move around. Maybe something else would hold it better but I have not found it yet. Good Luck

 

It is very easy to hide the wire under the dash and up between the side of the dash into the rear of the pod. They have instructions. The kit includes velcro and doulble sticky tape, so you can choose.
