Installed my 89 Octane Perf tune from Troyer this weekend and now get a diesel sound on WOT takeoff. Is this normal or will this clear up as the PCM "learns" its new programming?
Can't wait to drain this tank and fill back up with 93 Octane and load the 93 Perf tune...the 89 Octane Perf already kicks butt!!

Sounds like predetonation, you do not want that. The octane is probably not enough for the ignition timing. Get on the phone with Mike.
