A superchips Max Microtuner (part number 1715 for our trucks) can adjust your speedo and offers a tune for 87 octane fuel, as well as two additional tunes for premium. All three tunes have improved trans shifting. I just bought one and am very pleased so far.
None of the tuners out there can adjust for your new tire size, they can only do that on the 99 and up trucks I believe. For the 98 on down years you have to switch out a gear for your VSS. Just a heads up
Unless the Expy is different than the trucks.......

Your going to have to purchase a Fabtech "truespeed" tire calibrator. You can get one at www.ntwonline.com. I understand just like they stated above that 98 and older fords the tunner will not effect your speedo.
Hi night,
No tuner can fix your vehicle's speedo calibration because it's not controlled in the PCM until the 1999 model year for the half-ton F-series platform like you have - and don't feel bad, the Crown Vics & Grand Marquis' didn't get that until 2004!
.
However, it's very simple to do - all you need to do is to change the speedo gear in the tailshaft of the transmission, just like speedometers have been calibrated for decades - so any speedo shop can handle that for you, or if you do the math correctly, you can simply order the gear you need from Ford for $20 or less and fix it yourself.
Last - you could also have us provide you with the Truspeed calibrator, which goes inline and can also fix that for you electronically.
