Just to let you guys know, a 4.10 Rear end was availiable as an option on the 04 model year. I know this because I was looking at buying a truck back then. When I went to finally go buy one in March of 05, the 4.10 rear end was no longer an option. The other thing i do know is that if your truck did indeed come with those gears from the factory, then your truck also had to come with the larger 36 gallon fuel tank. So if you pump 36 gallons everytime you fill up, the gears came stock, if not then the gears were swapped.

Did that the first day
2. I did some quick calculations, and I show your tire size should be very close to 2650 mm. Double-check the Tire Size entry and ensure it is correct. For even more accuracy, use the tire measurement procedure outlined on page 16 in the user's manual. Be sure to press the ENTER key after viewing this setting, regardless of whether you change it or not. (Don't press MENU to return to the previous screen.)
Did that.
3. Regarding the 4.10 gear setting--did you buy your truck new or used? Used but from Carmax, I doubt if they changed the gears, it was all stock. If the truck was used, is it possible the previous owner may have swapped the gears?
4. Double-check the Gear Ratio setting. Be sure to press ENTER after viewing this value, regardless of whether you change it or not. (Don't press MENU to return to the previous screen.) Did that.
5. If all else fails, call Edge tech support for help. They're the experts.
Will do this again.
5. Regarding the difference between the Edge MPH value and the dash MPH reading, I'll quote from page 5 of the user's manual:
I hope this helps!
