Post 6 disc MP3 Player

Has anyone had issues with there MP3 players in their 2006 F150? I am having trouble with mine. It seems to want to skip or not even play the song with an MP3 CD. I've even had the CD player spit the disc back out and say "Bad Disc". I have tried burning on different CD's and different CD burners. This is getting very frustrating

You might wanna try to post in another section. This is the Chips and Tuners performance section.

You cant now. A Mod will have to move it. Just go to the other forum and post a new message there.

Hector,

If you do a search there are multiple threads regarding multiple problems with the earlier 2005 models and the audiophile unit...there is a TSB re: problems with this unit...I had similar problems as you did and took my truck back a dealer and they removed my unit and sent it back to ford (i was without a radio for about 10 days)...ford sent me back a brand new unit and I have had no other problems since...hope this helps...jeremy

Also make sure that the sofware that you use to burn the disk closes the disk and not leave it open for multi sessions ... I had this problem in my boat
