Changing the Shift Points?

I am wanted to change my shift points for max performance.

The setting i dont know what to put is "Use Up/Down arrow to adjust shift points. Then Press Y to select or N to exit

1-2 Shift _ _ _ RPM"

then its says lower:

"1-2 Shift: +/- 500 RPM
2-3 Shift: +/- 500 RPM
3-4 Shift: +/- 500 RPM"

Can someone help me out?

Lower RPM shifts generally are better for fuel economy and the higher generally are better for acceleration & performance. Start with smaller adjustments and, on the Hypertech first start off with just firming up the shifts. The firmer shifting is a noticable wake up call on the truck when WOT.
