What's the best thing to put on a F-150 to improve MPG?

Lmao. I have an Edge and cant get better the 15.5 mpg but my wife drives my truck and gets 17 go figure.

Electric fans.

Turn A/C off.

Higher gear ratio.

Maximum tire pressure.

Keep RPM's below 2000 at all times.

I don't do these things.....are you nuts?

I drive it like I stole it, going to and from work, and some grocery getting.....at the cost of about $100 a week for gas.

But, the thread starter wanted to know, so......

I drove for a few days at <2000 rpm and noticed about a 3mpg gain.

That and boredom. I noticed a lot of boredom at <2000 rpm.
