Edge Problems

Ok this might of been covered already, but I can't seem to find it. So here it goes:

I didn't know you were supposed to down load any program from the Edge website, and I plugged my unit into the computer, and it reconized it, but couln't find the proper usb info. So I finally after a few minutes of reaserching, I found the programs on the Edge website. I downloaded all the programs and the newest update, and plugged my unit back in, and nothing! I cant get my computer to reconize my unit! The USB program is all in the
win98 format, I have XP. What can I do to correct this. I need help I guess!!

Pre-install USB driver

You have to pre-install the USB drivers before connecting. Go to the Windows XP programs button, click the Edge products button, then click install USB drivers. Then connect the EVO and start the Lightning software. This should work.

There are two seperate drivers to install.

You already did one, now do as the post above explains and install the other drivers.

Start/All Programs/Edge Products/USB Drivers/PreInstall USB Drivers

The answer is "no"

After installing the USB drivers, you still have to start the Lightning program.
