excal 11

i recently ordered the excal 2, the staff was extremely helpfull but i made the mistake of ordering at work and there was so much going on with back ground noise and people talking etc . i am not sure i heard what they said, will they send paperwork to my house to do my data-logging and what does data-logging actually mean? i am anxious to do my part so that i can get my tuner on the way. i would appreciate any help. thanks

You should get an E-mail, but if you are unsure just give them a call

Hello BigMoe,

Actually, you have already received your email containing the CPW's & datalogging instructions, so you have all of that info. In fact, you have also already filled out your CPW's & sent them in to us - but unfortunately, you apparently did not provide all the info needed - which is why Crystal has called you and has emailed you as well, so that we can get the rest of the needed info.

By the way - just so you will know for future reference, if you have any questions regarding any order placed with us, the way to handle that is by calling us, not by posting here. There is a reminder at the top of the page where you make posts that points out to everyone not to post matters that are of a nature that is between customer & vendor - such as this matter, or things like Tech Support, order status, or any questions about an order, simply because those matters cannot be resolved here - F-150 Online does not want it's extremely expensive bandwidth "wasted" on matters that do not pertain to F-150 Online, but instead are between vendor & customer - and of course, it takes hundreds of times longer to type than to just talk on the phone - so for any number of reasons, any time yo have any question about any order placed with us, please call us at our number listed below. The reminder of this is in big bold red letters at the top of the page whenever you make any post - this is just an "FYI" reminder, so that you'll know what to do if you have any questions, OK? Thanks!

And thanks very much for your order, and for your post as well - good luck with your truck, we look forward to working with you!

Mike, i apologize for posting on the f150 site for answers to my questions, i just didn't want to bother your people with something that i thought was my fault for not paying more attention to what was told to me to start with. like i said i was at work when i ordered the tuner, which was a mistake, too many distactions. i have since talked to Crystal this past Friday. your staff is extremely helpful and i appreciate it, i'm looking forward to getting my tuner, thanks
