I had no firewall or configuration problems. They told me their site was down but then I went to the hotel computer and everything downloaded just fine(so they lied). I Downloaded their software on my laptop fine and their drivers fine.I was just bitter that they couldn't help and didn't know where to begin.I guess i just expected a little more help, that's all.:o I did not mean to offend anyone.
