Edge level 3, ok for everyday?

Edge level 3, ok for everyday?
I just got my edge and It's set to level 3 and i set octane rating at 93.
Is it ok to leave it on level 3 all the time? Well except when like towing and stuff.
I do fill up with 93 octane every time and I LOVE LEVEL 3... Not just because of the power but I'm also seeing a 2.5 mpg increase over the stock program... Plus the power is there when I need it.
I couldn't power break and white smoke my 35" nittos before I had that thing
