Merry Christmas to those at Troyer Performance and Thank You for the card!
SubscribeHey Mike,
Thank you for the very nice Christmas card. It was quite the suprise and a very thoughtful thing to do.
Merry Christmas and a Happy Holidays to those of you at Troyer Performance.
Oh by the way, I just decided today that I'm going with 22 inch wheels in the spring....which means I'll be ordering an AF1 and Xcal2 then!
Thanks again,
Duke

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO THE TROYER CREW.
Thank you for the card. The little things like that let you know you are dealing with a great bunch of people.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for your posts - and you are more than welcome for the Christmas cards.
And I have to also apologize to a lot of our customers who did NOT get them, as we have always insisted on hand-addressing them, so that they KNOW that each card was personally handled by our staff, and not out-sourced to some nameless, faceless company that really means nothing.
You would not believe the number of man-hours it took to do that all by hand, and what a load it put on us in terms of taking time away form me being able to do custom tunes, and while we are also building out our next new shop, all at the same time - so for us, this year Christmas doesn't seem like Christmas at all, as we're just working way too hard, from the minute we awake each day until the minute we literally pass out from exhaustion. I can't tell you the number of times my wife has caught me asleep face-down on my laptop keyboard, and dragged me out of work & thrown me in bed.
But those are good problems, and once we get this new shop built out, we are going to have a lot more events where you can come see us in persona lot easier, and have more time for other things.
We're contemplating next year addressing the envelopes for the Christmas cards by mail-merge (I hate the idea of paying some company to put that on all the envelopes in a nice script even though that would actually save us money, or even using a mail-merge and address labels), but it would allow us to get more cards out to more people.
The most important thing is simply that we greatly appreciate the support all of you show us, and we will continue to work our tails off trying to earn that respect & loyalty, as we are very lucky to have it -
THANK YOU, and Merry Christmas to everyone!

I understand the whole man-hours thing. We had to sign about 800 Christmas cards this year. Talk about a hand cramp... But the card was very nice. Another reason why I'll be getting that little Xcal2 gem soon...
