xcallibrator and engine failsafe mode

This is a general question to anyone who can help! I have a 2005 f-150 with AF1 and magnaflow SIDO. I ordered the xcal and troyer custom tunes and have been having a very difficult time loading the program. Everytime I load one of the custom tunes (doesn't matter which one) my car goes into "ENGINE FAILSAFE MODE." I have sent it back to troyer, and even back to SCT to make sure everything was working correctly. Does anyone have any ideas? The PCM code on my truck is DHC1, does anyone else have a custom tune working with that code? Also, s it possible that my truck could have been reflashed and a new sticker not placed on the truck? If so how can I correct this problem. I have limited knowledge about this stuff, but anything would help! I want these tunes bad

Thanks

Indirectly. I have sent it back 3 times, but to no avail. Troyer seems to be a high reputable company so that is why I am wondering if it is something wrong or mislabled in my truck. I really have no iother ideas and for rihgt now it looks like no more options.....

Have you used the Xcal to read your strategy? Call Mike and they can tell you if that is the stategy that they based your tunes on.

I haven't asked to do that yet, but I would think that would be the first thing they checked when they reprogrammed it. Possibly not I will ask, excellent suggestion i really appreciate the help.

Just for the record, this gentleman's problem has been fixed, and was simply due to file corruption.

Thanks for the email and for returning our call yesterday Brian, it as great talking to you again, and glad to hear you are enjoying your tuning! As I mentioned yesterday, give me a week or two and I will be sending you some more changes that will get you a bit more power & performance!
