I dont think so.....

I think those are preprogrammed by Super Chips.

I think you would have to get an Xcal2 to get a custom tune....

Some one can correct me if Im wrong

I'm not good with the whole 1714, 1715, number thing... but I'm assuming 1715 is the Xcal 1? If so...

When I spoke to Anita, she said that I can send her mine (XCAL1) and load 3 custom tunes on it. For a great price too!

sorry if I didn't answer your question fast636.

HI fast636,

No, those standard Superchips Inc tuners cannot be reloaded with any kind of "custom" tuning - with Superchips Inc.'s off the shelf tuners, like the 1715 which is for 1996-2003's, or the 1714 with is for 2004's, or the 1745 which is for the 2005's, NONE of them can be loaded with custom tuning - they are what they will always be, and there is no way to change that.

The only way to get our Troyer Performance custom tuning is to order the CUSTOM tuning directly from us,and we can provide that in a chip or a tuner - the "chip" would be for pre-2003 F-150's, while the hand-held tuner, the 9400 XCalibrator 2, can be used on all 1996 & newer Ford Motor Company vehicles, and that is what I strongly recommend using - the 9400.

Please feel free to give us a call to go over any of this.
