Datalogging & O2 sensors

This may be dumb question, but here goes:

I am going to replace my front side O2 sensors because they have 85k miles on them. I was testing my xcal2 datalogging yesterday, and logged O2 sensor voltage, RPM & TPS signal. The sensors appeared to be working correctly, voltage cycled high to low as RPM increased. As I understand from searching around this site, that the O2 sensors get "slow" rather then fail...most of the time. Which leads me to my question.

Does datalogging with the Xcal2 have enough bandwidth to show that an O2 sensor is slowing down enough to hamper engine performance, and if so, how would one see it?

Or is there another way to verify that new sensors have actually improved anything?
