Hi DMP, tbizzle, & everyone,
Thanks very much for your orders, we greatly appreciate it!
I'm also very glad to hear that our staff treated you properly while the rest of us were out at the annual SEMA show in Las Vegas - though that is of course the norm, as we are generally known for our excellent customer service, it's always good to hear our staff is taking good care of you, & we'll pass along your thanks as well - thanks for letting us know that, too!

Mine's worse - I got mine last june with about 60K miles. I now have 63-64,000. I've changed the oil once. I have no idea how long it's been for anything else. No idea what the plugs look like. No idea the brand of (insert item) in the (insert location).

I'm pretty sure If ANYONE can figure out how best to tune the truck, even w/ limited history, Mike can however.
Hi everyone,
This is common when someone buys a truck used,or has a very new vehicle - there will be some things that you just do not know, or that are so new that they should be original.
Now I can guarantee you that on a truck that was traded in with 60K miles on it, the original owner did ZERO maintenance on it other than feed it gas and change the oil - so the original O2 sensors need replacement (only the 2 front or "upstream" units), and fuel filter needs replacement, and the EGR tract is probably filthy - so plan on doing those items. When you get your custom tuning form us, we will provide information on ALL of that - we provide info not only on your new custom tuning, but also on all the critical areas of maintenance that either are not done, or most likely you can count on were never done when buying a used truck.
People trade their trucks in with relatively low miles like that 40K-70K miles because they do not want to put any money into maintenance, but instead, just want a new vehicle - so you, the next owner, gets stuck with catching up on all the maintenance that was not done - so if the dealership or previous owner cannot provide you with absolute proof via documentation (service receipts) showing that those components were replaced, they are all ORIGINAL. And we'll give you the info on what needs to be done in the docs you will get when you get your tuning.
If there is anything left out on the CPW's that we feel we need to know, or a problem that we feel needs to be addressed before you can install your new tuning, again, we will let you know that in the docs we send with your new tuning, as we provide a 7-10 page detailed document to each and every Troyer Performance custom tuning customer so that they will *know* how to properly maintain that vehicle with regard to powertrain-related items that can affect performance, longevity, fuel economy etc.
So in short - fill them out the best you can,a nd we'll take it from there!

Yet another satisfied customer here!
Just ordered the #6600 after noting the benefits above the #1100 & #5500.
Also odered the AF1 intake....super excited.
Would like to thank Anita & Crystal @ TP for their time and patience in my questions, etc. They knew everything about all products I had questions with and had GREAT attitudes whilst dealing with a newbie.
Will be sending my CWP's in today, haven't been more excited about looking up truck info or going over old service receipts.
Just a big thanks to TP for all the professionalism, advice, etc. that I received.
Thank you.
