XCal2 Delivered!

But.....I'm about 1500 miles away. I got confirmation from our mail room staff (I was **** so I called when I saw UPS marked the shipment as delivered) and they confirmed the package is in. I'm having them drop it off under my office desk on Friday so I can pick it up after hours Friday night when I am back in town.

I thought it was torture waiting on it to be shipped. Torture is knowing it's so close, but so far away at the same time!

I got my confirmation email last night and expect it here on Wednesday or Thursday. I have been checking the UPS website quite a bit lately. I don't know what we did before confirmation email and online package tracking? Hopefully the excitement of getting the tuner will override the depression of > $3 gas prices.

It is irhog but you will burn some gas trust me. Why do you think there's a shortage right now? Its because all the new xcal-2 owners around the country are doing this with the hammer down now! Its all Mike's fault...ban him!!

Don't worry guys - this latest spike in gas prices is temporary, the oil companies get away with murder when a big hurricane hits the gulf like that, it lasts for a month or so & comes back down.

And I'm not going anywhere, so don't worry about that - XCal2's will continue to come out of here on a regular basis!

Good luck & have fun,

Yea - having to send the Xcal back today was terrible. I put the factory tune back in and drove to the post office wondering how I bought this truck after a test drive. Ignorance is bliss.

Hi Guys,

Yeah, "I feel your pain" for those that are upgrading to the XCal 2 and have to send their XCal 1's in by Sept. 1st for the rebate & thus have to go back to the stock tune until you get your new XCal 2 - we'll be tuning all weekend and trying to get everyone done just as quickly as possible!
