Does TP answer Emails????
Does TP answer Emails????
I know this isnt the place to be doing this, but its the only place I can do it.
Im dont have access to a phone during the times Troyers is open, I cant PM Mike (why the he!! doesnt this board allow Private Mesagase) so my only other option is to email them, correct? So, I do just that, Email. The last Email I sent was about 2 weeks ago, and no response-just like every other time Ive emailed them (which has been about 10 times over the span of about a half of year, do they not know how to reply to an email or WTF). To be honest it ticks me the he!! off that they cant reply to a would be customers email.
So, Mike, or anyone, is there any other way I can get ahold of Troyers??
Thank you, and regards.

The one (and ONLY one) thing I do agree with you on in this matter is that this has absolutely no business here.
If you want to communicate with us, you can very easily call us during our normal working hours, or by leaving us a voice mail since our phone are on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - just like everyone else.
By the way - there are NO outstanding emails that are as old as you claim - not even close, just to give you an idea. Even thought it's Sunday, I personally dropped by the office fired up the email server, and checked every email that has come in over the past 60 days - and every single one has been responded to with the exception of those that came in over the past few days - those are the facts.
We are here Monday thru Friday from 9 to 6 Eastern, and have a 24 hours EMERGENCY Tech Support line. So I suggest that you use it.
There is absolutely NO REASON WHATSOEVER that you cannot call us at some time, and if it's after hours, then use the voicemail feature to leave us your name & number so that we can call you back - but do NOT expect us to response "quickly" to numerous emails, as that is jot going to happen. We get hundreds of emails every single day,and respond to them in the exact order they come in. And you do not have any emails that are outstanding for any week or longer - there is no email that is older than 3 days as of this very second - period.
Beyond that - as everyone knows, email is NEVER any way to communicate in a "timely" matter - it never has been, and never will be - just as we clearly put in our documentation.
So if your emails are not getting thru for some reason, then you can simply call us like everyone else - our phones are on 24/7, so you can ALWAYS leave us a a clear voice mail message with your name & number at some point 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Last - I have personally spent MANY HOURS sitting here typing response after response after response to you personally - personally, I think that maybe a THANK YOU would be more in order, given the level of service we have provided you with over the months you have been here.
The bottom line is, if you want to communicate with us in a "timely" manner, you will simply have to pick up the phone - like everyone else. It's on 24 hours a day, and there is no reason why you can't at some point, call us.
I wish you well,

To be honest with you tarpak, many of the best companies in america won't respond to your emails immediately. Why? Because they are actually helping customers, and since a 5-minute phone conversation is about the same as two hours emailing back and forth. In the age of the internet, many people are afraid to pick up the phone and make a call but you'll find when dealing with companies that an email typically takes a day or two, phones usually get answered right away. I've talked to Mike on the phone many many times it's really the best way to go you'll find him very helpful It hink

Mike,
I AM sorry, and I know it seems that I came off as an a hole, but that was not my intentions, although Im sure it seemed like it from my post. I was just simple irked a little (as Im sure your feeling with me right now) that I was not getting any response. But if you guys arent getting any of my email, Im not sure whats going on, but that is totaly my fault and I do feel like an idiot now knowing that absolutaly none of my emails ever got you you guys.
I also do now it takes awhile to get a response, but I just wasnt getting any for a long time and I guess I know why now.
As for the phone, yes, there are reasons that I cannot call you during bussiness hours, and I feel your staff would never get ahold of me if I left a voicemail. I figured it would be easier for you guys to answer an email then keep trying to get ahold of me and it never happening.
Yes, I do thank you greatly for all the help you have given me, its appreciated more than you think, and I have learned way more than you would think from you. I also think you are a very nice, and very knowledgable man, and in no way did I mean to offend you or your bussiness. As I said, I was just getting impatiant waiting for a response that was obviously not going to happen since you arent getting my emails.
I also thank you and appreciate yout show of concer by going to your shop and checking the email, that was definatley something you did not have to do and most other places wouldnt.
So, thank you, sorry, and my deepest regards for everything and my childish a-holishness. I will try to call you guys during bussiness hours now next time I get a chance.
