Here's my.................

Good LORD this XCAL-2 ROCKS post!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Holy cow, this truck is a different beast! I just loaded the 87 perf. tune since I have about a 1/4 tank of 87 left. I swear the driveability and shifting and power is 5 million times better and it will only get better as it cycles! Prior to the tune and after feels like I was towing a 5000lb boat anchor. Driving back home was about 40 miles so I had a chance to play with it a lot. When you nail the throttle for a 3-2 downshift, you can feel the truck digging hard, it's that noticeable on 87 perf. Can't wait to load up 93 perf, I can only imagine how much better this thing is gonna get! Mike Troyer and Troyer Performance are tuning Gods

This product is well well worth it, I can't imagine EVER driving my truck with the stock mapping again. Ford shoulda done this in the first place, but then again if they had, good people like Troyer wouldn't be able to give us these amazing tunes with their amazing support. I am truly beside myself. Best purchase I have made thus far. If you don't have this thing GET IT. Nuff said.

I will provide further updates as my tune breaks in better.

Glad to hear you finally got yours, I just got mine about a week ago and am running the 87 tune for now. I am in total agreement....can't imagine driving my truck without the tuning. Now only if the price of gas would go down a bit so I could try the 93 tune . 93 Octane is pushing $2.80+ a gallon here in michigan if you want a good brandname.

I just signed up for a Shell Mastercard. 5% off all gasoline purchases which should help diffuse the cost of filling with 93 octane. I'm expecting the Xcal2 in about 2-3 weeks (my sheets were faxed in 8 business days ago), so my next tank is going to be 93 to get it ready for the 93 max perf tune!

I'm happy for you man. Now you know the joy of having a fun truck, but I gotta warn you the bug dosent stop there. Like I have previously said I am looking into more mods already, its horrible addiction (that I have any way). Keep us posted.

Hi FX4,

Excellent, glad to hear you're enjoying our tuning!

And yes, as everyone said the mod "bug" can be addictive - once you get get a taste of what top-notch products can do for these trucks, it can be hard to stop - maybe that's why we're never done with any of our vehicles, no matter how long we keep them. Speaking of which, don't feel bad - we just got yet another few shipments of goodies in for the Lightning, the Cobra, and Anita's blown '04 SuperCrew Lariat 4x4, too - the fun never stops!

Have fun FX4, & thanks for your post!
