Trying to catch up here, etc......

Just wanted to drop a quick note to everyone to let them know why over the past couple of weeks (especially this past week) we have been a bit slow to respond to some posts, and a few we didn't get to responded to at all, etc.........

As some of you know, F-150 Online has been having an occasional problem causing usually just some very minor "glitches" in some posts - primarily it taking a while to get the post uploaded & back to the next screen - no big deal. Well, we've had a few where we literally had to give up on the post completely, because of our posts ending up garbled, things being repeated, other things being deleted in mid-sentence & other things inserted, etc. That caused some of our posts to just be either unintelligible, or not up to our normal standards. We thought it was maybe something on our network - maybe a virus or worm, despite our aggressive anti-virus strategies, etc. We've since found out it's a problem the Webmaster is aware of and taking care of.

Know that the Webmaster here is working *very* hard on getting this taken care of, and this seems to most of the time not be much of a bother - just over the past week or so it was bad for us a few times, so we're a bit behind on some of our responses.

So just a quick note to explain, & thank you all for your understanding if you don't see a response from us on some of your questions & posts, or a response looks like it was written by a 6 year old, etc. ..................

As always, for anything detailed please call us - we'll help here as we can, as the site and our time permits.

Our bests to all,

Thanks for your understanding.

I see the Webmaster has an updated message about these problems - we are still having the exact problem he described - our posts get screwed up when there is any length to them, we get numerous repeats, deletions, insertions, etc. that end up making many of our posts look like they were written by a 6 year old (at best...........).

This is preventing us from responding & helping as we normally do. Looking forward to them getting it fixed..............
