Any tuners that work on more than one truck?
I did. They said no... LOL
I was just looking for a legal way to do this, since I got 2 other friends with trucks that want to do the same thing. It just seems like there should be a legal way to do it, that way only 1 tuner needs to be purchase and then buy like a "license" to allow up to 3 VINs or something.
Oh well.

Hi tmanxx,
This has come up many times before...................
You're not installing software on a PC, you're changing the powertrain operation of a motor vehicle - that's not even remotely similar, and no such "comparisons" can be made.
Besides, that's not a workable idea for any number of reasons - most importantly, each vehicle has to be able to return back to it's stock program, and you can't do that with 1 tuner on multiple vehicles at the same time.
Tuning is no different than an intake kit or a cat-back exhaust in that regard - you can't share 1 Micro Tuner between 3 friends F-150's at the same time any ore than you can share 1 intake kit or 1 cat-back exhaust with 3 vehicles at the same time.
So the bottom line is, anyone that wants tuning for their vehicle has to have their own tuner, or chip, etc. - and that isn't going to change, as it's simply not appropriate.
Have fun,
