Well I've pulled off the ProCharger, the 90 MM Maf, the 42# injectors, and all the necessary gauges. Install the revised tunes which were graciously provided by Troyer Performance Products.

Had a chance to run the truck down to Denver yesterday in the Max Performance tune and it ran great.

For my towing needs we're trading in the 2000 Expy for a 250 SD V-10.

I think my mod days are over. Going to spend next year travelling and not under my hood.

PS

Learn from my mistakes:

1. Always remeber to plug in your MAF
2. Double check your installation on the air intake to make sure no air is entering the system after the MAF.
3. When installing the FTVB make sure you tightly snap in the solenoid connectors.
4. And last, but not least, when upgrading the Micro Tuner with the mail order tunes make sure you return the vehicle to stock before uploading the new tunes.

Glad to hear everything is running well. I really hate it that you got rid of the blower, but you gotta do whatever makes your world work - been there, done that!
