I haved noticed that the chip itself is almost half the cost of the microtuner. For a guy who just wants more power, will the chip be fine? Also, what is the difference in the performance numbers between the chip and the tuner? I am just trying to get the most horsepower gain for my buck out of my 4.6. By the way, is the superchip the best chip, or, say one from JET or Diablo better?

I also want to says thanks for the help with my speedo issue concerning the VSS gear. I had to convince my dealer that the 97 F150 automatics had the gear instead of being computerized.
