Question Question for Mike T

Hi Mike,

How's it going? It's been a while since I've been back here to F-150 Online. I need to get my priorities straight and visit more often. My question is, what are your hours of business? I need to call you and ask you a few questions about my Superchip. I've been working late and by the time I get home I think it's to late to call. I do have your phone number.
I'm looking forward to speaking with you again.

Hi MGD1,

You're right, it has been awhile since we've seen you around here, nice to see you get a chance to drop back by!

Our official hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 10am to 7pm, Eastern time. You can sometimes catch one of us on a Saturday, if we drop by the office. You can always leave us a voicemail with your number and we can give you a call back, say on a Saturday perhaps if that would be easier for you? The voicemail is on 24 hrs. if you'd maybe like to leave us a message & do it that way.

Talk to you soon!

Hi MGD1,

Sure, anytime! It is Friday, so I hope you do manage to get out of work a bit early. It's always nice to get a head-start on the weekend. Now that we live out in the coutnry whre traffic jams are a thing of the past, I feel sorry for all the hard-working people in major metro areas that have to fight traffic for hours getting him Friday nights after a long week at work!

Talk to you soon,

Hi Mike,
As always, it was a pleasure to speak with you again. I learned something Friday about computer boards that I won't soon forget. As they say" Your never to old to learn". I did find a TV-VCR repair shop by my house that can do the soldering for me. I plan on taking it over to them sometime this week. As soon as I have it done I'll let you know how it turns out.

I did look the chip over again and all looks clean on the inside. No flakes or anything.
Once again,Thanks for your help!
